 Soft ungroundings are “any operation not involving immediate peril to the boat or to a legally protected marine environment and requiring only one towing vessel with lines attached to the grounded boat to refloat it or to the disabled boat to tow it.”.  Basically, it is where the vessel can not move from its position under its own power.  For soft ungroundings, your insurance provider would not need to be involved. 

 Have you ever been out on the water enjoying your fun in the sun and simply forgot to check your fuel levels?  We at TowBoatU.S. of Daytona Beach are willing and ready to assist you by bringing fuel out to your location.  As a member of TowBoatU.S. you would only be responsible for paying for the amount of fuel we deliver!  

 If you own, or have ever owned a boat, you know that from time to time things just go wrong when you are not at your home dock!  If you are a member, or non-member, just hail us on VHF channel 16 or call us at (386)-767-7711, as we here at Tow BoatU.S. of Daytona Beach are standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you in getting your boat to a safe location.  Please don't hesistate, as we are here to assist you no matter the time of day or night! 

 We all know that anything requiring a battery can experience difficulties at the most in-opportune time!  If you need a jump, go ahead and hail us on channel 16, or give us a call on your cell, (386) 767-7711!  We will arrive at your location as soon as possible and provide that service to you!  If a jump start does not solve the problem, we can also tow you where you need to go! 

 Salvage includes “any operation involving immediate peril to the boat, the marine environment or the use of special salvage equipment (pumps, airbags, dredging equipment, cranes, etc.”). For more information about the difference between Towing and Salvage, please click here.  A salvage can be any boaters worst nightmare, but we would like to clarify this situation for you!  In the event that we must salvage your vessel, we will notify you of this before we begin work; assuming weather and sea conditions are conducive to communication. 

 A "Dock-To-Dock" tow, is where we take your vessel from its home dock, to a repair facility or boat ramp.  A "Dock-To-Dock" tow can be scheduled in advance to suit your schedule!  As a TowBoatU.S. Gold Unlimited Member, this service is covered 100% after 30 days of your signing up.
